In a hypothetical world, I’d start at the best BB/EB group that has the lowest hours. Or good culture. Whatever that is. Probably a sponsors group at a top BB. Have been super lucky to be in a group with great culture, my experience has been so much better than friends who are grinding at sweatshops.
