Has anyone else found Interactive Brokers help desk to be full of some of the most pissed off people on the planet? Without fail when I call this place with an issue there is some pissed off dude on the line that sounds miserable. I wonder what that's about...are these folks failed finance types that are angry or what am i missing? Its incredible...
