Internal conflict - personal life and recruiting. Pls Help

I have recently had troubling thoughts-my attraction for women was fading, replaced by an unquenchable desire. I am natixexual.

I found myself in bed with my girlfriend, unable to get hard. Then, talking to my friend about my dream offer - a Natixis BO role - I felt something I never have before. I got the hardest boner of my life. My dick ripped through my zipper. I could feel it pulsating as I walked around, trying to think about my great grandpa, who recently passed away. Nothing worked.

At this point, the way I see it, I have only one option. Others must know about my newfound sexuality. Do you have any advice on how to approach my dilemma?
