Interview excuses during WFH?
Do you guys have any good excuses to be out of pocket for ~1-2 hours during WFH for an interview? Imagine that the usual dentists appt, etc. are hard to use now as most doctors are closed
I just say my phone was muted if anyone called me. I tend to closely monitor emails and stay on top of everything.
Setting them up early in the am helps too.
Maybe I'm misunderstanding but isn't it even easier to pull this off considering no one is seeing you leave the office for a long time and dressing up formally? Just say that you're going out for groceries or taking care of something personal. No one should press you further. At least a normal person shouldn't.
