The seller of the window AC unit claims she paid 320 for the AC and an additional 200 for the installation. I am taking over her lease and I have the option to buy the AC unit from her for 250. Is this reasonable or too high? She wouldn’t budge on the price and said that it had been used for 3 months

Who the hell pays $200 to install a window AC? I’d look up the unit on Amazon and see what it cost and on Craigslist to see what people are asking and go from there.
