Is it Edge to be Straight Edge?

If I:

  1. Quit my phone addiction / dopamine imbalances
  2. Habitually regulate stress through extremely healthy means like conscious breathing, rather like nicotine pounches or cheating on my wife
  3. Have elite sleep hygiene
  4. Have great cardiovascular health
  5. Meditate daily and break attachment to the ego
  6. Have great dietary habits
  7. Overcome personal insecurities / trauma through therapy
  8. Do not pursue the hedonic treadmill such that monetary expectations do not cloud judgement / economic rationality etc etc.

You get the point. Surely this is actual edge that is accessible to anyone, right? I can easily imagine the difference in energy / mental clarity could easily be 40-50% better if not much more.
