Is LinkedIn Premium worth it for recruiting/networking?
The title says it all. Should I consider investing in a LinkedIn premium subscription to help boost my networking strength/outreach? Or is a standard account just fine?

I used their free one month trial, it gives a few features and insights, but nothing that great. I’d say go for the free trial and see if the premium features help you.
its not vital but it is helpful. You get more inmails so you can reach people directly without having to wait for them to accept your connect request
