Is there anything better than Outlook or Gmail

My work email uses Outlook and my personal is Gmail. For the amount of emails I get a day, I was wondering if there are alternative email providers that are better. Not that there's anything wrong with either Outlook or Gmail, but there's gotta be something out there that helps keep my inbox more organized and filters out all the shit. Curious to see if anyone has any email solutions or if you just have 6,435 unopened emails at all times.
