is this Burnout?
Went through a really tough few months dealing with underperforming portcos, 3 live deal sprints, and employee churn. Lately been feeling extremely difficult to feel excited about the job and things are starting to take longer not because the work is hard but because I just keep pushing it off. Every week feels like a sprint to get to Friday so I can hopefully have a few hours to myself on Saturday though work will inevitably come up. Really hard to pull myself into work mode come Sunday afternoon. Spiraling into a vicious cycle of going to bed late as just don't have that urgency factor and then feeling exhausted the next day. Always feels like once I get close to finishing up what's on my plate, i'm met with another mountain of demands. Any folks here been in a similar rut / how do you get excited about the job again?

Im in the exact same position. Dont feel excited about it and am filled with constant dread and anxiety and lack of motivation. I realized that for me the solution is to pivot to a different job.
