I am a 25M who recently got an offer to join another bank (NYC) as an Associate. The offer is approximately $150-165K all-in working 50-60 hours as an Associate at a large bank for Corporate Banking/Structured Finance.
I feel like I am always pressured to find a better paying job as all my peers are doing PE/IB/HF/Trading and etc.
