Is this comp reasonable
I am a 25M who recently got an offer to join another bank (NYC) as an Associate. The offer is approximately $150-165K all-in working 50-60 hours as an Associate at a large bank for Corporate Banking/Structured Finance.
I feel like I am always pressured to find a better paying job as all my peers are doing PE/IB/HF/Trading and etc.

What’s that, 100k base with bonus bracket 50-70k? Doesn’t seem unreasonable.
Also, stop caring how much your friends make (unless they’re like 2x your comp in the exact same role)
