Yeah it's great someone can be roofied, raped, racially attacked and have their family threatened to be deported by ICE!

Don't expect anyone to believe you when the same happens to you.

Yes, I'll take things that never happened ever for $500 Alex.

Funniest

This entire story reads like a fan fiction and there’s no way this actually happened. In what universe can your director “gain access to your bank accounts” lmfao. The article also mentions that JPM investigated this and found zero evidence.

Seems to me like this is a smear campaign or this guy cheated on his wife with this lady and is now trying to cover it up. Sucks that her name is now forever ruined pretty much.

Controversial

In what universe can a director access your bank accounts”, JPM Chase, bro. Same bank he banked at. Internal access abuse is a known compliance risk.

And “no evidence to substantiate” isn’t “found him to be lying” especially when their statement notes the complainant declined to participate, which is what every plaintiff’s lawyer tells their client once litigation is filed. Could be a smear, could be real, probably somewhere in between.

Reflexively calling it fan fiction because the accused is a woman is the same error as reflexively believing it because she is.

Have you ever worked at JPM? CIB can't even directly get access to their actual client's data on the AM side (at least, not while I was there, but I have zero idea why JPM would change this), and you want us to believe that this lady was given system access to retail banking?

If this is true, it’s obviously very serious, but at this stage it’s hard to comment based on alleged information circulating online. These kinds of situations should be handled through proper investigations rather than forum speculation.

this is so made up.  are you kidding me?

the guy's wife found out he was cheating and in a moment of panic, he spun up some fantasy of "sex slavery" that has gotten away from him
