Jumping Rope - Continued

Okay, you may know that I have been getting into jumping rope.  When I first started, I could not even do two jumps and I was using a pretty cheap jump rope. I bought two new jump ropes, which are considered speed ropes.  The one I have been using is much better than the cheap one even though this one only costs $15.  The rope is thinner and the handles have bearings in them, which I think helps with the wrist motion.  I can 50 without a problem and with very good form.  I have been trying to do several sets of 50 but by the time, I get to the 5th set or so, my form goes to shit.  I am trying not to take too much of a break in between sets.  I am probably going to start watching some vids again to see if I can try a few of the jump rope tricks like double unders, etc.

Anyone here regularly jump rope and do some of the more advanced stuff?
