Hazel's right. Exercise is a guaranteed dopamine booster. Through my job search I've been rejected more times than I can count and the only thing that kept me sane was lifting and doing my Muay Thai.

What you have to realize is that everyone is faking everything, and none of this matters. But, yeah you do need some time off, like spend some time eating pizza and drinking beer with friends.

 

You might have depression. See a psych and hit the gym hard, eat right, and get sunlight. Take 5000 IU D3 / day.
