I forgot to bring my resume to the interview.
I FORGOT TO BRING MY RESUME TO THE INTERVIEW!!!
After the formalities, the interviewer (partner/founder of the company) asked "Did you bring a resume?"
Me: "No."
Him: "That's fine I've seen it."
We ran out of things to talk about after 10 minutes, shortest interview of my life.
Probably not getting a second round, and this would have been the perfect opening for me.
Fuck.
Thats how you learn man. Its okay.

Hahahaha that sucks man but it happens. I never understood why they asked you for it when they should already have them, but it always gave me a chance to give them my real resume (and not the piece of shit school formatted one we were forced to use).
Doesn't seem like the resume was the issue. Besides, you should be able to recite your resume off the top of your head in an attractive pitch. You should've tried to ask more about the company and the founder's view on relevant current events. Better luck next time.

Was this your first IB interview? If so, don't worry about it. You learn how to extend interviews and give them what they want. I'm sure you will never make this mistake again, so send the interviewer a thank you note and move on.
