Kidney Stones
Have any of you folks ever had kidney stones before?
I feel like someone is stabbing a knife into my lower back. The good news is it has partially taken care of the pesky need for sleep. There is no stimulant I've encountered that could bring me to a status of being fully awake so quickly at 4 am.
I think I may feel it moving down my back on it's way to the Atlantic Ocean where all kidney stones go to spawn.
