I think Toronto has a shot provided they play in the WNBA. Hornets and Spurs are formidable but nothing to worry about. I think the Spurs pose a more serious challenge but nothing Kobe and " The Renegades" can't handle.

This is a retarded ass thread as the Lakers are not guaranteed shit. They have the spurs, hornets, mavs and OKC who beat the Celtics without Durant in that division.

Don't tell me they are some badass team when they only beat the bulls by 7 without boozer and an injured Taj Gibson. With our without Bynum, the Lakers are stacked and don't even need him.

You're born, you take shit. You get out in the world, you take more shit. You climb a little higher, you take less shit. Till one day you're up in the rarefied atmosphere and you've forgotten what shit even looks like. Welcome to the layer cake, son.

Shaq is clearly marginalized on Boston, Boston hasnt done a good job of using the centers they added the last couple of years, including bot the O'neals this year and Wallace last season.

The Lakers look extremely strong their permiter defence which was a major weakness in the past is by the far the best in the NBA with Ron Artest, Matt Barnes and Kobe Bryant. Blake will also help do a better job guarding against point gaurds who kill the lakers every year.

Wtih Bynum in the line-up the lakers are much too big inside with two 7 footers, and then lamar odom who has a 7'2 wingspan. With Bynum playing Lakers win it all, with Bynum out the Lakers have a much more difficult time winning it all.

Who would have thought less than 20 games in that the Heat aren't even in the Finals conversation anymore... Lakers / Celtics is the boring but logical pick, but I can see the Magic sneaking in from the East if Howard keeps on putting up 22-12 a night
