Lateral to McDonalds?

Hello Monkeys,

I went to McDonalds for breakfast today to purchase my $3.17 bacon egg and cheese biscuit because my portfolio was up. The person at the register asked me what I did for work. I told him I was an Investment Banker (tier 1 bank). He proceeded to laugh in my face saying we made the same amount of money based on the hours we worked. I was shocked, however, this got me thinking. Should I leave the desk and pursue a career at McDonalds? I heard Hamburglar University (target) is very prestigious and places well into the management stream.

Any advice would be appreciated.

As long you as you don't talk about a certain you know what. And after all, didn't you tell us about being slaves with white collars? That our great war is a spiritual war? Our great depression is our lives? WSO raised us all to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires?

McDonalds used to be tier 1 but through years of mismanagement it's been surpassed by others.  In particular Shake Shack places well when you transition to fast casual, but I heard it's very sweaty.

Also Burger King is moving up the ranks.  Have you seen the latest materials?  Something about Whopper whopper, really cutting edge stuff these days.
