Looking for 2025 FT Roommates NYC

Hi, I'll be moving to NYC to start at an EB full time in july 2025. I'm originally from the west coast, and I went to school and interned out there. Some info about me:

Preferred neighborhood: East village, maybe murray hill

Start: July 2025

Total roommates: 2-4

Gender: Male

Hobbies: Working out, golf, sports, movies, music (house, country)

Budget: ~2500 or less (depending on how many roommates)

I'm a pretty clean and organized person. Also pretty social and outgoing and would want to be friends with my roommate(s). Definitely plan on going out on the weekends (or whenever the job permits haha) and exploring the city. Feel free to comment or pm if interested

Sigh. interested in 12 min to the BBG office (I timed it) I've got a small dog who's going to insist on belly rubs. (mom hates dogs and loves white carpets) but says she's the best little gal.How about $2250 all in? Furnished.

The only difference between Asset Management and Investment Research is assets. I generally see somebody I know on TV on Bloomberg/CNBC etc. once or twice a week. This sounds cool, until I remind myself that I see somebody I know on ESPN five days a week.

I have two bedrooms available June 1st 2025 in a proper 3bed/2bath (in unit laundry, 4th floor walkup) in Tribeca on a very desirable street (walking distance to Citi and GS offices and easy access to 123, ACE, and 6 trains). One larger bedroom and a slightly smaller bedroom with its own bathroom.
Rent is ~$2,400 per person. I have been living here with two college friends for the past 3 years and they have decided to upgrade to get their own places but I can't give this place up since it is such a great deal for the neighborhood. Unit was gut renovated prior to the three of us moving in.
25M I work in private credit, looking for respectful and clean professionals (guys only). Please send a PM and I will get back to you.
