Looking for a summer sublet NYC midtown
I’m looking for a summer housing (1-3ppl) from June-July/first week in August for my internship this summer. I am going to be working in midtown. I appreciate any tips on how to find a place, or if you or someone’s you know is looking to sublet.
Most people on this forum are working full time so not going to find much here. Recommend the NYU housing groups, lots of students going elsewhere for the summer.
Also ask them for a copy of their lease as many places fully prohibit sublets - you don't want to get kicked out halfway through by the building
