Obviously Maine. Water pollution in the NYC area is crazy, would not eat anything caught within 100 miles of Manhattan.
Easily Maine lobster, but has to be made CT style. Hot butter and lemon on a split bun is all you need.

I was half joking - but in my personal experience I’ve always really enjoyed the lobster rolls in RI. You can get them warm or cold there for the most part.
