I'm thinking about buying a house and might want to use a margin loan for part of the down payment. What are the best brokers? Fidelity and Vanguard have pretty crappy rates but that's where my assets are. Interactive Brokers had pretty good rates and I could just move some assets there for the sake of the loan.
Any other brokers I should consider?
