Markets - Biden Win Priced In?

I'm on the banking side, so not as attuned to the market, but our chief economist seems to think that a biden win is currently priced into the market. They said that the sell-off in Sept was to account for the probability of corporate tax increases. Anyone have any thoughts / opposing views?
