Marrying a stranger for student loan forgiveness

Disclaimer: I am not in favor of student loan forgiveness. It burdens the rest of the economy with my debt, causes inflation which is currently fucking us all, and is a way for sleezy politicians to curry favor with the economically illiterate. But I'll be damned if the gender studies and communications majors get forgiveness while I sit on my thumbs, missing out b/c I chose a good major and worked my ass off to make good money.

Went to college, took out loans (nothing crazy), received the pell grant, now make more than the 125,000 income threshold to receive student loan forgiveness.

But, if I get married, that threshold is 250,000. Am I a dumbass for thinking that I can marry a rando temporarily w/ a prenup, receive student loan forgiveness, and divorce? The rando would be fully aware of the situation and I would happily provide payment for their kind service

edit: I'm aware that this student loan forgiveness program was only an announcement, nothing official yet
