Apparently one of the MDs has taken notice to the amount of time people are spending in the bathroom. He just sent out a page-long email explaining that junior staff needs to cut down on time spent "scrolling phones and wasting company time" in the bathroom. WTF?? Why are we so often deprived of simple liberties in this industry? Who cares if you need to spend 30 minutes of your 12 hour day shitting. SMH.
