I am a male and was harassed by a female. Not sexual harassment, but verbal abuse. It was my first job out of college and she was trying to commingle funds; I was the Financial Manager and refused. She would yell at me at the top of her lungs at my cube and no one reported her or said anything. In the end, I reached out to an alum who was a 2 star Army General and he helped me kick her off the project, but she wasn't fired from the company.
How come she didn’t get fired for the problems and drama that she created?
