Meal Prepping Services in NYC?

I'll be interning in midtown this summer and am looking to meal prep to cut down and stay in shape. I probably won't have too much time to cook and was wondering what you guys do for this.

Budget: Around ~$500/mo. I hope this is reasonable because Blue Apron (the only service I know of off the bat) does $39/week for 3 dinners (2 servings per dinner so this would end up lasting me Monday-Saturday).

So, to the guys and gals that meal prep on the street, what do you recommend? Is my budget realistic? The most important thing to me is convenience, I imagine most options will be good quality.

@Isaiah_53_5" I know you're all about this stuff, got anything to share?
