Does anybody have a medical marijuana license? Can employers see this on a background check? I know NYC banned pre-employment drug testing, so as an incoming analyst would there be any issues?
Also, for anyone else with diagnosed anxiety disorders, how do you deal with the stress of working in finance? Has weed or any other meds really helped?
