Okay real talk because I do not think this is a troll post but need actual help - the fact that IB would get you an Asian girl is dumb as f*ck, and I encourage to leave any idea that girl would want you for your "prestige" in job as that shallow as hell and won't lead to any meaningful relationship in long term.
Also myself being Asian, there is subtle racism in Asian community against Black community, especially among the elder generation. This is of course unfair, but just saying the reality how it is. Don't be surprised if there are potential racism involved.
So how to solve this? First, work out - make yourself athletic. Don't use steroids and be a gym rat, but lean muscle type that is healthy and maintains muscle in right places. This will take some time so just do it consistently.
Pick up a hobby - I don't know if you like playing music, but take a piano or guitar course in college. Girls get crazy over piano or guitar playing guy. Or learn how to dance. Use the stereotype to your advantage of black guys being good at dancing. Even if none of above works, just get a hobby that you can focus on. If you want Asian girls, chances are they like anime. Start watching movies from Studio Ghibli (Spirited Away, etc.) which creates a talking point to them.
Make female friends, with NO INTENTION OF DATING or SLEEPING WITH THEM. This is important if you lack social skills with women, this will teach you how to talk to women if you are really bad at it.

The key to success with women is confidence. The less attractive you look, the more confident you need to be.
