Men’s/Women’s IB Divisions

I work at an EB (think Harris Williams) and I’ve been watching women’s basketball recently (big fan of Caitlyn Clark). It got me thinking about biological differences between genders. The female skillset is so different they have to compete in their own sports leagues—but why does it end there?

Imagine if we had separate IB leagues for boy and girl bankers. Think about this. The dudes would kill it in industrials, but the ladies would DOMINATE consumer/retail. (Lmao)

This does raise some questions. - Which gender would have a higher average salary/bonus? - Who would perform better on the league tables? - Could transgender men compete in women’s IBD, Lia Thomas style? - Should we do this for other minority groups in addition to women?

Just some thoughts I’ve been mulling over.

Kind of a sexist lame take

Pretty standard Incel Oasis post. Increasingly common around these parts.
