Joined a new org ~1 year ago, and since the end of Q4 21 I've just felt mentally checked out. I don't enjoy the work, there is nothing redeeming about the people, and I still have to crank huge hours. I just want to get out now. Of course, I've started the process of updating my resume and beginning to prepare for interviews, but has anyone experienced this? How do you manage in the time until you have your next offer secured?
