ModerateFap experience

I've seen a fair number of posts about everyone struggling with jerking off all the time because of WFH. We've seen two competing schools of thought emerge on this issue: the NoFap and the UltraFap. This is a concerning development. Our country has become increasingly polarized over the last few years, and this shift towards extremes is tearing apart our national harmony and our very way of life. We are not red states or blue states, Republican states or Democrat states, NoFap states or UltraFap states. We are the United States. About a month ago I decided to try ModerateFap, so I thought I'd give my experiences for the sake of the Nation and her people. So this is purely my experience, no bullshit, just a period-by-period breakdown:

Day 1
Fapped once. Not really a lot to say here, just a normal day, no real difference.

Day 2
Same thing

Day 3
No difference.

Day 4 - 6
Same feelings as day 3

Day 7-12
Fapped again. Same thing.

Day 12 on out
Kept fapping 0-2 times a day.

Results from my experience:
- I came moderately. 

Some myths I'd like to debunk:
-Fapping is good for you. No it's not.

-Fapping is bad for you. Not really.

I would say the experience has been positive for me. I think a lot our fellow citizens either suffer from compulsive masturbation addictions or extreme asceticism. It's like we live in two separate Americas. This is a problem that no one takes seriously. So for any of you out there thinking of trying ModerateFap out, I hope my experiences give you an idea of what you can expect and how we can bring the Nation back together.
