I'd vote for Elon Musk.

Reasoning:

The technology that his companies have created are outstanding

  • He brought environmentalism and practicality with Tesla, which are great cars (especially the newer models)

  • SpaceX has accomplished the reusable rocket, which was a theory before but with their vertical landing it is now a reality

  • He's been very vocal about numerous existential issues of humanity and how hellbent we are on destroying ourselves

  • He became an inspiration for making a change in the modern era, even showing that you can reach the three comma club by doing so
