What do you think is the most important FP&A Skill out there? And if so is it transferable to Financial positions?

FP&A is a financial position.

Probably forecasting and budgeting. The ability to map out parts of projects and companies in Excel is a key skill. Some companies send out models to fill in the data, but eventually you will be able to create them completely from scratch.

"If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them." - Bruce Lee
