MS Perks
Signed an offer for MS summer of 25 and I'm pretty curious on the analyst perks and more. Is there free coffee in the office, do we get discounts for gyms full time etc? All help is appreciated.

Career Resources
Based on the WSO Dataset, Morgan Stanley (MS) has been known to send out welcome packages to their summer analysts, which include items like wireless earphones, phone stand, t-shirt, 3/4 zip pullover, office supplies, mousepad, Scarborough & Tweed duffle bag, and some kind of jigsaw puzzle. This gesture indicates a welcoming and supportive environment for incoming interns.
Regarding the specific perks you asked about, such as free coffee in the office or gym discounts for full-time employees, the dataset doesn't provide direct information on these. However, it's common in the industry for bulge bracket banks like Morgan Stanley to offer various amenities and benefits to their employees, including interns. These can range from in-office perks like free beverages (including coffee) to wellness and health benefits, which may include gym memberships or discounts.
For the most accurate and up-to-date information on what to expect for your summer 2025 internship, I recommend reaching out directly to your HR contact or recruiter at Morgan Stanley. They can provide detailed information on what perks and benefits are currently available to summer analysts.
