Beard.
Small mustache and beard is fine as long as it's well groomed and you otherwise are fully cleaned up (no completely overgrown mop of hair with it), just a mustache is an odd look imo
if you feel your best with the mustache go for it though

Keep it clean shaven elsewhere and you're golden. Thick mustache with scruff elsewhere on your face looks pretty horrible.
