My first rec would be ask friends with a concrete plan on paying them back. Secondly would be getting a line of credit from amex or something if you have good credit. I'm assuming you're in a shitty situation to begin with here so none of these are ideal options. Also if you're in college go get a job at a local restaurant or bar to get some quick income. Hoping you get out of your bind soon. Been there myself.
