NYC Bans Pre-Employment THC drug test

Did y’all see this? Would there be any exceptions for finance/since mid-employment tests are allowed, would you expect most SAs to just have to take one after starting?

It rolled out a year ago and just became active. Not sure if there aren't any loopholes banks can use to screen people for THC, so probs best not to risk your job offer on weed. If you have to work on mandates that are involved with the gov, I recall that everyone has to take a drug test/back-ground check (might not be true). In that case, you might be screwed if you have weed in your system.
