I'm looking to sublease my studio for 3-6 months starting April 1st, but can be flexible with the move-in date.
Studio is on the 3rd floor of a well maintained 24 hr. doorman building in prime Midtown East area (6 minute walk to Grand Central). It has a package room managed by workers, updated elevators, nice laundry room, A/C, heater, fairly newly glazed bathtub and a showerhead with a filtration system. It's a short walk to grocery stores, gyms, restaurants and bars. It comes fully furnished with a fairly new queen bed and Nectar memory foam mattress. Building also has a rooftop.
