NYC Roommate Search - June 1

Hi all - looking for a roommate to join in my NYC lease for a June 1, 2024 start date. The apartment is a one bedroom flex with a revamped kitchen and decent sized living room area. There is one full sized bedroom (original) and one that has been flexed as part of the living room. Smaller bedroom would be around ~$1950 and larger bedroom would be ~$2400 (exact amounts TBD). Location is mid town east (near the UN building). Building has an elevator and doorman and is in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the 4,6,E trains and a ~20ish minute walk to JPM HQ / WF / Grand Central.

I'm currently an associate (male) in an investment role that likes working out and playing video games in my free time. Also like to keep the apartment / kitchen / bathroom relatively clean. Looking for a male roommate to either take the smaller flexed bedroom or the larger one (I am currently in the flex but can switch if needed).

Let me know if you're interested.
