You could look at Facebook Marketplace. Also, search this forum, as there are some posts about looking for roommates, either those who have a room available or are just looking for people. 2000 is going to be hard in this market and this late, but something in the 2200-2500 range should be very possible. From most of my incoming friends I know, people are spending anywhere from ~1900-3200, with the largest cluster being in the 2200-2600 range.

 For budgeting reasons, it would include 100-200 for utilities/internet and all that to rent to get to the actual living place spend, but even if you spend 2500 on rent, that adds up to at most 2700, which you should be able to afford as an IB analyst on a 110k base. Will note that the signing bonus is essentially all going to be called with moving expenses + security deposit + first month's rent from what I heard from previous analysts in NYC.
