Optimizing the efficiency of your morning routine

What kind of tricks did you guys develop over time to get more effective with your morning routine? If you look at the typical day for many bankers, the only real way to get more free (sleep) time seems to be to reduce time spent outside of work to a minimum, especially if you wanna be able to at least sometimes work out. Ideally, I would at some point like be able to leave the flat within 15 min of waking up (Breakfast included).

Especially those of you who work demanding jobs, what are some of your traits you developed? Curious to hear.
