Blind kind of sucks. It has a lot of useful parts for engineers and it’s nice to compare compensation and know if you’re underpaid or not. But the banter there is not fun, it’s why I stay here on WSO because it’s funnier.
I agree. I work in tech (non-SWE) so I like to check it out here and there, but man, those people are insufferable with their "TC or GTFO" mantra. Occasionally you can turn up some good advice/information however.
