Portfolio Performance

Should one mention his/her portfolio performance in high finance interviews (assuming it is good to excellent)? When can we say that a portfolio performed well (TWR, MWR, CAGR or IRR)? Over 10%? Over 15? a 50% more than the S&P500 or Nasdaq in the same period?

No, nobody cares about your PA. You could just as easily be a lucky degenerate gambler as a good stock picker and you're missing out on many of the true challenges with creating a pitch/idea like you would have to in a professional environment regardless of which you are. Maybe worth mentioning during an interview as part of a "why this job" question if you've had one for many years and can point to it as evidence of your interest in public markets but it generally won't be a topic of real discussion.
