Private Funds Law 2020 (CIMA)
In February, Cayman Islands passed a new law to ensure that all investment activity is regulated. Wondering if anyone had any information on exemptions if a fund does not meet a certain threshold in terms of dollars invested. Any info on this topi would be helpful as well
