Recommendations for Standing Desk?
Any recommendations on solid standing desks that are not ridiculously priced? Uplift desks are expensive as hell, especially the big ones. Maybe this is wishful unrealistic thinking.
TBH, I think the Bekant is pretty good. I'm not sure what your threshold is for how much you'd want to spend but $700 isn't THAT unreasonable for a 63x43" desk, IMO. I know that IKEA can be considered cheap, but my wife has one and it's actually really solid material. Has a nice little wire pouch underneath too, so cable management works when you sit/stand. I plan to get one in a little bit as we share an office, so I'm probably gonna put some sort of small perforated metal partition and stack them adjacent to each other.
Really solid build, can't lie. It ain't Herman Miller, but I've just had a really solid experience with them so far.
