We need to fill one room in our 5 bedroom 3 bath 2 kitchen apartment. It's on 16th and 3rd and has a 24/7 doorman, a block and a half to union square subways. the apartment is huge by NYC standards and the living room is gigantic. The main kitchen is also very spacious with a dishwasher. You would share a bathroom with one other person. Everyone in the apartment is really cool and we are all friends and like to hangout it is a good homey atmosphere. Everyone has jobs and are out and about during the day. We don't price gauge and the room is only $1600. Some of us have lived here for 4 years and it is really an awesome spot. We usually only fill it with our friends as there leases expire but we are in a bit of a jam as one of our buddies couldn't sub let his place. We just resigned the lease for 1 year. You wouldn't be on the lease at all and would only need first month and security to move in.
