I have a 3 bdrm apartment in Stuytown and am looking for two other roomates, as my current ones are moving to another part of town.
Need to resign by mid January, but move in is in early March. The apartment is rent-controlled and we got pretty lucky with this apartment (view, modern finish/kitchen, top floor, etc.) which is why I am looking to resign.
