Back in January, Anthony Scaramucci agreed to sell his controlling stake in SkyBridge Capital, the fund of hedge funds, to HNA Group and invesment partner RON Transatlantic EG. SkyBridge is valued at around $200 million according to this deal.
According to the WSJ The company says it has $11.4 billion under management or advisement as of May 31, down from $11.8 billion at the end of January.
