Searching for a girlfriend - process launch

Hi guys,

As I am searching for a girlfriend I was thinking about maximizing competitiveness of the process. I was wondering if you think IB approach would be good and if someone followed it => Initial reach-out, coffee chats, presenting your attributes and inviting for off-site visit. Then 2nd phase with 3-4 girls due dilligence (smartness/hotnesses/synergies and potential red flags) and then final execution.

What you think?

Let's start with some assumptions why don't we. First, I'm assuming that you're recruiting for Summer 2023 because SGF 2022 recruiting is almost completely wrapped up and nothing less than some pure first class connections would secure something for next summer. If this is true, you're in an alright position. I'd also hope you have some relevant experience. Really anything relationship related looks good (even if its family/BFF situation). If you don't have that, please get on it. I'm sure there are some locals lookin for spring 22 or maybe even some for F21. At the bare minimum, secure a quality family/friend relationship for summer 22 (even if its unpaid). Once you have that accomplished, the final thing is technicals. You don't have to be a tinder ninja for this part, just read the guide of 400 opening lines and you'll be fine. If you've completed all that, you have a good shot. Best of luck. As for the actual recruiting process, I have no clue, I've never had a gf.

From a recruiter's perspective:

1) To find the best GF, the process must run for at least 2 months. This will make all the candidates very nervous. Some will follow up regularly and kiss ass at times. But, this will build your reputation for being selective. It will make the selected GF more in love with your culture and 100% committed to make you satisfied yet also attract better candidates to contribute to your growth

2) Have take-home exercises/models to properly test their technicals

3) Ask their previous employer for a complete due diligence

Best of luck!

Here's the scalable flow I used for find my fiance.

>Split cost with some friends of an overseas virtual assistant.

>Had them log into our accounts and swipe according to preferences. This is where you eat up most of your time.

>Virtual assistant handled the initial 1 - 3 sentences. Lots of drop off here.

>We dealt with warm leads and lined up a quick coffee date. Ideal because they are short!

>If they go well -> line up date 2

I was always transparent about it. Most people thought it was hilarious but 1 - 2 freaked out lol.

This method might be harder now but before it was just a VPN to get to the specific geography + phone sim.
