Seeking NYC Roommate (<$3,000/mo budget)
Found this 60th floor 2 bed 2 bath spot with sick balcony in Midtown going for $6,000 a month net. Looking for a roommate who would be interested in splitting that. Ideally June lease start. I am a male working in PE, and only doing this because all my friends are not available to room at the moment (but the apartment looks too good to pass on so I'd take this all day over 1 bed / studio).
